Project Vision
An interactive workshop empowering youth and young adults to align personal, academic, and career goals through creative reflection, guided exercises, and vision board creation. Participants engage in motivational talks, goal-setting, and personalized planning to build clarity, confidence, and purpose.

CBA’s annual back-to-school empowerment event connects aspiring beautypreneurs, students, and young professionals with industry mentors, career resources, and leadership opportunities. Project CEO
A 16-week entrepreneurial bootcamp equipping beautypreneurs and young professionals with the tools to build sustainable for-profit and nonprofit ventures. The program covers business planning, marketing, finance, legal basics, and branding, culminating in a complete business plan and launch strategy.

Project Legacy
The cornerstone of CBA’s 9–12 Business & Beauty Leadership Charter Academy—the first of its kind in North Carolina. Launching in 2027, the academy will blend cosmetology, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and leadership to prepare students for licensure, college, and business success.
